Wet Lay-up
Wet Lay-up
The wet lay-up process is particularly suitable for individual pieces and small series where existing components are to be individually covered with carbon. The flexible processing enables the refinement of complex shapes and ensures a high-quality carbon look.
In this context, material-related limits must be considered: different thermal expansion of the base material, resin, and carbon can lead to tension or cracking in the long term. Furthermore, a relatively large amount of resin is used in wet lay-up, which can result in the component being heavier than with industrial manufacturing processes such as prepreg or vacuum infusion.

The vacuum infusion is an economical and versatile solution for composite components with more complex geometries or specific quantity requirements.
It enables controlled resin penetration and is suitable for applications where material efficiency and component performance are in a balanced ratio.
Prepreg
Prepreg
The prepreg process is our core technology. Pre-impregnated semi-finished fiber products enable a precisely defined material structure and thus particularly high process reliability.
In combination with curing in a hot-air autoclave, components are created with very good mechanical properties, high reproducibility, and excellent quality – ideal for demanding technical and visible carbon applications.

Interior components place high demands on the surface, detail accuracy, and visual impact. Precise manufacturing is crucial here so that the material effect and workmanship appear high-quality at first glance.
